UPDATE December 2023: “I am doing so well, it is insane to see how much progress I’ve made since July. In fact, I just ran my first marathon about a week ago now and I completed my first semester of nursing school! Thank you again for everything you guys have done for me, I couldn’t be more grateful.”
September 2023: “I’m all settled over here at college and have been adjusting very well. I’ve been meeting up with my friends, telling them about my health journey, and how y’all have truly changed my life for the better. It brings tears to my eyes because looking back now, I couldn’t imagine starting college with how awful I felt before treatment. So I’m very grateful to have seen such an insane amount of improvement and can’t wait to keep continuing on this road to recovery.”
