Chlöe’s Story

Chlöe, age 14, was suffering for years and had significant symptoms limiting her ability to even attend school. Her mother wrote us an email a few months after visiting POTS Care. Here are her thoughts.

 

Dear Dr. Driscoll & the entire team at POTS Care,

 

I wanted to update you on Chlöe’s current status.

 

She has held strong to her power and endured the trenches of life, that no child should need endure. And yet, she not only endured; Chlöe allowed her mind to surrender to dis-ease and opened her heart to her truest self. In doing so, and with the INCREDIBLE support, care, and guidance of POTS care, she has found what she needed to heal.

 

And today I celebrate you and her! After 6 years of spinning pain and heart break, Chlöe started her first day of High School!!!

 

It is surreal to see this little baby girl that was required to leave school in fourth grade, now stand as a young woman in ninth grade!

 

We are taking things slow and the school admin created a hybrid schedule of two advanced placement classes in the morning, daily. Then adding each additional as an online option, over the next month. Then, when ready, Chlöe will shift from online classes to in school classes. All designed with seemless transition.

 

We are blessed. We are grateful.
